Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- 160 grams of matured Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Stadsbrouwerij Vos is opgericht door Coenraad van Bommel en Gerrit Jan Vos, die in 2001 hun liefde voor het brouwen ontdekten. In juni 2017 ging de brouwerij officieel open, nadat de familie Vos het oude pand aan de Elburgse stadsgracht had gerenoveerd. In dat gebouw brouwden de gebroeders Wolff in de negentiende eeuw al bier. Van Bommel is de brouwmeester, en de brouwerij werkt samen met een zorgbedrijf om mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt een werkplek te bieden.
