- 400 gram kaas in drie of vier soorten
- 200 gram droge worst
- 100 gram olijven
- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Leg alles op een plank met de olijven, de noten en een schaaltje mosterd.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Martijn Eggens begon in 2017, op zijn 27e, met een eigen biermerk. Bier zit in de familie: zijn vader werkte bij Brouwerij Maallust. Martijn brouwde eerst zo'n twee jaar thuis in de keuken, op een installatie van 50 liter, tot de vraag te groot werd. Eggens richt zich vooral op Belgische bierstijlen zoals blond, tripel en quadrupel, en sinds 2021 ook op quadrupels die op vaten van cognac, rum en whisky rijpen.
