Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.

Lindeboom Geschenkverpakking Tijd is Kwaliteit 8 flessen is een geschenkdoos met acht verschillende bieren van Lindeboom Bierbrouwerij uit Neer in Midden-Limburg. Het assortiment van de brouwerij loopt van pilsener en radler tot de Gouverneur-reeks met onder meer Blond, Tripel, Quadrupel en Dubbelbock, aangevuld met seizoensbieren als de Herfstbock. Acht flessen geven zo een breed beeld van wat de brouwerij maakt.

Lindeboom werd in 1870 opgericht door Willem Geenen, die zijn brouwerij in Neer bouwde naast een linde die toen al tachtig jaar oud was. De brouwerij is nog altijd een onafhankelijk familiebedrijf en wordt inmiddels geleid door Bernd Geenen, de vijfde generatie. Bij het 155-jarig bestaan in 2025 bracht Lindeboom als eerbetoon aan de stichter de Willem's Quadrupel uit.
