- 200 gram droge worst
- 100 grams of olives
- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- 160 grams of matured Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Brouwerij Hoop begon in mei 2016 aan de Lagedijk in Zaandijk, in de Zaanstreek. De installatie kan zo'n miljoen liter bier per jaar brouwen. Het assortiment telt inmiddels 27 bieren, van blond en IPA tot porter en bok. Naast de brouwerij zijn er een proeflokaal, een restaurant met twee terrassen en een winkel.
