- 400 gram kaas in drie of vier soorten
- 200 gram droge worst
- 100 grams of olives
- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- 160 grams of matured Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Ingredients
- 12 bitterballen
- mustard
Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

DAVO is een stadsbrouwerij in Deventer, de gemeente waar ook Bathmen bij hoort. De brouwerij opende er officieel in 2016. De naam verwijst naar de geschiedenis van de stad: tot 1907, toen het gebouw afbrandde, had Deventer al eens een brouwerij met de naam DAVO. Inmiddels heeft DAVO ook een bar aan het water in Arnhem en een vestiging in Zwolle.
