- 200 gram droge worst
- 100 grams of olives
- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Ramos Pinto Minis in Houten Giftbox 4x9cl is een houten geschenkkist met vier flesjes port van 9 cl van het Portugese porthuis Ramos Pinto. In de kist zitten de RP 10, de tien jaar oude tawny van Quinta de Ervamoira, de Adriano Reserva White, de rode Adriano Reserva en de Collector Reserva. Zo staan wit, tawny en een jonge rode reserve naast elkaar, in een kistje dat zo kan worden weggegeven.

Een deel van de druiven komt van Quinta do Bom Retiro aan de Rio Torto, een zijrivier van de Douro. Ramos Pinto kocht deze quinta in 1919. Op Bom Retiro werden de eerste terrassen van de Douro aangelegd die de hoogtelijnen van de helling volgen, en het landgoed had als eerste in de streek een zwembad.
