Ingredients
- 250 grams of mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 75 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of ladyfingers
- 250 millilitres of strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Method
- Separate the very fresh eggs and beat the yolks with the sugar until light and creamy.
- Stir in the mascarpone and carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Briefly dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and lay a layer in a dish.
- Cover with half the cream and repeat with a second layer of ladyfingers and the rest of the cream.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, and dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
With coffeeChocolate truffles
Ingredients
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 150 millilitres whipping cream
- 20 grams butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method
- Finely chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
- Bring the cream just to the boil and pour it over the chocolate.
- Leave for 1 minute, stir to a smooth ganache and stir in the butter.
- Leave the ganache to set, covered, in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop small portions with a teaspoon, quickly roll them into balls and coat them in the cocoa powder.
- Keep cool and take them out of the fridge a quarter of an hour before serving.
With the cheeseFresh ricotta with honey
Ingredients
- 200 grams fresh ricotta
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
- Spoon the ricotta into a small bowl.
- Pour the honey over just before serving.

Hij ontstaat door de klassieke Disaronno te combineren met Nederlandse melk. Volgens Disaronno blijft de smaak zacht en zoet, met een romige laag van de melk. De fles heeft de vorm van de gewone Disaronno, maar is wit. Het etiket vermeldt 17% vol.
