Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Bellussi Giftbox Cuvee Prestige & Prosecco Rose is een geschenkverpakking met twee flessen mousserende wijn van Bellussi uit Valdobbiadene, samen 150 cl. In de doos zitten de Cuvée Prestige Brut, een mousserende wijn van uitsluitend pinot noir uit de Oltrepò Pavese in Lombardije, en de Prosecco Rosé Brut, gemaakt van 90% glera en 10% pinot noir. Zo zitten er een witte en een roze bubbel van hetzelfde huis in één doos, klaar om te geven. Beide zijn droog.

Volgens Bellussi ruikt de Cuvée Prestige naar bosaardbei, kers en framboos, en heeft de rosé framboos en grapefruit in de smaak.
Both wines get their bubbles by the Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in large pressure-resistant tanks. They are made under the direction of oenologist Francesco Adami, in Bellussi’s modern cellar in Valdobbiadene. The name Bellussi refers to bellussare, a pruning method traditionally used in the region.
