Ingredients

  • 400 grams of cheese in three or four varieties
  • 200 grams of dry sausage
  • 100 grams of olives
  • 1 baguette
  • 100 grams of nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard

Method

  1. Take the cheese and sausage out of the fridge half an hour beforehand.
  2. Cut the cheese into slices or cubes, the sausage into thin slices and the baguette into slices.
  3. Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

  • 160 grams of matured Gouda

Method

  1. Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
  2. Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Ingredients

  • 12 bitterballen
  • mustard

Method

  1. Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
  2. Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
  3. Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.
