At the table with Clos de l'Oratoire des Papes Blanc
Witte wijn · Frankrijk · grenache, clairette, roussanne, bourboulenc
Why this works together
Chosen for the colour (white wine), the flavour profile from our online shop (robust & intense), the country of origin (France) and the notes of peach and pepper in the description. The weight of the wine holds its own alongside cream and butter, and the toasted note from the cask sits well beside roasted and grilled food.
Serve at 10 to 12 °C.
What is needed

- Brown the pork tenderloin all over in a little butter and cook it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes to a core temperature of 63 °C.

- Deglaze the pan with the apple juice and let the liquid reduce slightly for 2 minutes.
- Slice the meat and serve with the apple, the sage jus and the potatoes.
