At the table with La Brunaude Viognier
White wine · France · viognier · 13%
Why this works together
Chosen for the colour (white wine), the flavour profile from our webshop (fresh & friendly), the grape (viognier), the country of origin (France) and the alcohol percentage (13%). Enough acidity to keep a sauce light, enough fruit not to turn sharp next to something mild.
Serve at 8 to 10 °C.
