Ingredients

  • 400 gram zalm van sushikwaliteit
  • 250 gram sushirijst
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 komkommer
  • 200 gram edamamebonen
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 eetlepels sesamzaad

Method

  1. Spoel de sushirijst, kook hem volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking en laat hem lauw worden.
  2. Kook de edamamebonen 3 tot 4 minuten in gezouten water en spoel ze koud af.
  3. Snijd de zalm in blokjes en meng hem met de helft van de sojasaus.
  4. Snijd de avocado en de komkommer in plakjes of blokjes.
  5. Verdeel rijst, zalm, edamame, avocado en komkommer over kommen, besprenkel met de rest van de sojasaus en bestrooi met sesamzaad.

  1. Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.

  • 200 grams of tortilla chips
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion

Method

  1. Cut the red onion and the tomato into small cubes.
  2. Mash the flesh of the avocados with the juice of the lime and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir in the onion and the tomato and season with pepper.
  4. Serve the guacamole straight away in a bowl with the tortilla chips alongside.
