- 400 gram kaas in drie of vier soorten
- 200 gram droge worst
- 100 grams of olives
- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- 160 grams of matured Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

- 12 bitterballen
- mustard
Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Lupulus brouwt in Courtil bij Bovigny, in de Belgische provincie Luxemburg in de Ardennen. De brouwerij is gevestigd in een voormalige boerderij. De naam komt van Humulus lupulus, de Latijnse naam van hop, wat zich laat vertalen als nederige kleine wolf. Naast de brouwerij runt het bedrijf een restaurant met bar en een kaasmakerij.
