Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- 160 grams of matured Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Waar de kleinere pakketten van de brouwerij vier flessen tellen, geeft deze verpakking een breed overzicht. Het vaste assortiment loopt van pils en hefeweizen tot double IPA, tripel en Russian imperial stout.

De Elburgse brouwerij brouwt met bronwater van de Veluwe op een volledige brouwinstallatie die uit Oost-Europa komt. Na het brouwen gaat het bier naar elf lagertanks van elk twintig hectoliter; de brouwerij besteedt naar eigen zeggen veel aandacht aan de lagertijd. Brouwmeester is Coenraad van Bommel. Andere brouwers kunnen de installatie ook huren om er hun eigen bier te maken.
