Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Leg alles op een plank met de olijven, de noten en een schaaltje mosterd.

Het merk komt uit Ebly in de Belgische Ardennen, waar naast de brouwerij het hoornvormige bos ligt waaraan het bier zijn naam ontleent. De naam gaat terug op een Ardense legende uit 1636 over een brouwer, Cornelius, die zijn geheime recept begroef. Elk jaar half augustus organiseert het merk in Ebly Les Corneries, met proeverijen, concerten en wedstrijden.
