How to arrange it with us

Ready on the shelf

There are packages you can take away straight away: beer packages in their own packaging, boxes of shots, bottles with a matching glass and bottles that already come in a gift pack. Handy if it has to go with you today.

We put it together

Prefer something that suits the recipient? A beer package in special packaging or loose, a wine package in foil or in a wine box, or a mix of everything in the shop: beer, wine, spirits and alcohol-free all together. Tell us roughly what it may cost and who it is for, and we will sort it out.

Several of the same

For staff, customers or a club, we make the same package in a series: ten identical ones, or a hundred. Together we decide once what goes in, and we take care of the rest. Call or email with the number and the date.

Advice

How to choose without gambling

We have the largest whisky shelf in the Netherlands, and that does not make choosing any easier. Two questions almost always help: does the whisky have smoke or not, and does the recipient drink it neat or with water. If you do not know the answer, pick something from Speyside or the Highlands; that is rarely wrong. Once you have decided together, we will put a bow on it.

Frequently asked questions

Which whisky do I give as a gift if I know nothing about whisky?

Choose an unsmoky bottle from Speyside or the Highlands in the 25 to 60 euro range. It tastes soft and round and is appreciated by almost everyone. Smoky whisky from Islay is a wonderful gift for those who love it, and a failure for those who do not.

Will ’t Bockje wrap it?

Yes, we wrap it in the shop. A single bottle goes in foil, in a tube or in a gift box; several bottles go in a wine crate or in a package box: from a wooden crate with wood wool to a wicker or plastic basket. Tell us if it is being shipped and we will pack it more securely.

How soon can it be ready?

We wrap a single gift for you in the shop. For a larger quantity we agree a date, so that we can be sure everything is in stock in the same version. Please call or email when it needs to be ready.

Can alcohol-free be included in the package?

That is possible. We have our own alcohol-free shelf, from beer to spirits without alcohol. A package can be completely alcohol-free or mixed.
