Ingredients
- 800 gram boerewors
- 2 onions
- 4 corn cobs
- 400 gram tomaten
- 4 broodjes
Method
- Snijd de uien in ringen en bak ze in olie in 15 minuten zacht en goudbruin.
- Kook de maïskolven 10 minuten voor in water met zout.
- Gril de boerewors in zijn geheel 15 tot 20 minuten op matig hete kolen en draai hem regelmatig tot hij helemaal gaar is.
- Rooster de maïs de laatste 10 minuten mee en snijd de tomaten in plakken.
- Dien de worst op met de broodjes, de uien, de tomaat en de maïs.
