- 400 gram kaas in drie of vier soorten
- 200 gram droge worst
- 100 gram olijven
- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Leg alles op een plank met de olijven, de noten en een schaaltje mosterd.

- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

- 12 bitterballen

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

La Goudale Coffret Découverte is een Franse geschenkverpakking met vier bieren van La Goudale en een speciaal bierglas. Erin zitten La Goudale Blonde, Ambrée, IPA en Grand Cru, zodat de hele reeks naast elkaar op tafel kan. La Goudale verscheen in de jaren negentig als speciaalbier uit Noord-Frankrijk.

Brasserie Goudale staat in Arques, vlak bij Saint-Omer in het departement Pas-de-Calais. In 2016 verrees daar binnen een jaar een nieuwe brouwerij. Eigenaar André Pecqueur, die ook Brasserie de Saint-Omer bezit, kocht het bedrijf in 2010 en vormde zo de grootste onafhankelijke brouwersgroep van Frankrijk. De wortels liggen in Douai, waar kleine brouwerijen in 1919 samengingen tot La Grande Brasserie des Enfants de Gayant.
