- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.

De brouwerij ligt binnen de muren van de abdij Onze Lieve Vrouw van Koningshoeven in Berkel-Enschot, waar sinds 1884 bier wordt gebrouwen.
