With dessertVanilla ice cream with warm cherries
Ingredients
- 500 millilitres of vanilla ice cream
- 400 grams of cherries from a jar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cornflour
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
- Drain the cherries and collect the juice.
- Bring the juice to the boil with the sugar and the cinnamon stick.
- Mix the cornflour with a splash of cold water, use it to thicken the juice and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Heat the cherries in it for 2 minutes and remove the cinnamon stick.
- Scoop the ice cream into coupes and pour the warm cherries over it.
With coffeeChocolate truffles
Ingredients
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 150 millilitres whipping cream
- 20 grams butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method
- Finely chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
- Bring the cream just to the boil and pour it over the chocolate.
- Leave for 1 minute, stir to a smooth ganache and stir in the butter.
- Leave the ganache to set, covered, in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop small portions with a teaspoon, quickly roll them into balls and coat them in the cocoa powder.
- Keep cool and take them out of the fridge a quarter of an hour before serving.
With the cheeseFresh ricotta with honey
Ingredients
- 200 grams fresh ricotta
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
- Spoon the ricotta into a small bowl.
- Pour the honey over just before serving.
To serve one bottle or can per person

Nozem Oil was born at the Zwarte Cross in the Achterhoek. The drink was devised by Feestfabriek Alles Komt Goed, the organization behind that motocross festival, and in 2012 it was first served across the bar there, loose and in packs of forty. A year later a ten-pack followed and sales throughout the Netherlands, in 2014 the one-liter bottle. In 2016 its own Nozem liter shop opened at the Zwarte Cross. Since 2023 Nozem Oil has also been at festivals across the border, such as Wacken Open Air in Germany.
Nozem Oil, Smerig Lekker! Er is geen drank ter wereld die lijkt op Nozem Oil, dus het is even wennen. U proeft friszure citrusvruchten met een pittig nabrandertje van chilipepers en een shotje cafeïne (10% Vol.). Nozem Oil kunt u puur drinken, lekker ‘on the rocks’ met een ijsblokje, door een trechter én zelfs uit een glas. Denk er wel aan uw plafond te verstevigen, want anders vliegt u er doorheen!
