Ingredients

  • 600 gram lamsbout in blokjes
  • 1 red onion
  • 400 gram Griekse yoghurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 pitabroodjes
  • 1 bunch of mint

Method

  1. Rasp de komkommer, knijp het vocht eruit en meng hem met de yoghurt, geperste knoflook, gehakte munt en zout.
  2. Rijg de lamsblokjes afwisselend met stukjes rode ui aan spiesen en bestrooi ze met zout en peper.
  3. Gril de spiesjes 8 tot 10 minuten op een hete grill en draai ze regelmatig tot het vlees rosé tot gaar is.
  4. Rooster de pitabroodjes kort op de grill.
  5. Dien de spiesjes op met de pita en de tzatziki.

  • 1 baguette

Method

  1. Take the pâté out of the fridge a quarter of an hour before serving.
  2. Slice the pâté and cut the baguette into rounds.
  3. Serve on a board with the gherkins.
