HoofdgerechtLamsschouder uit de oven met tijm
Ingredients
- 1,8 kilo lamsschouder met bot
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 200 millilitres dry white wine
- 1 kilo potatoes
Method
- Verwarm de oven voor op 160 °C.
- Pierce holes in the lamb shoulder, insert slices of garlic and sprigs of thyme and rub it with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Place the meat in a roasting tin, pour in the white wine and braise, covered, for 4 hours until the meat falls off the bone.
- Leg het laatste uur de aardappelen in partjes rond het vlees en gaar zonder afdekking verder tot ze goudbruin zijn.
- Trek het vlees in stukken en dien op met de aardappelen en het braadvocht.
