At the table with Pellegrino Pantelleria Passito Liquoroso - Sicilië, Italië
Dessert wine · Italy · zibibbo · 15%
Why this works together
Chosen for the colour (dessert wine), the taste profile in our online shop (full & sweet), the country of origin (Italy), the alcohol percentage (15%) and the notes of honey and sweetness in the description. The wine must be sweeter than the dessert, otherwise it tastes sour. Next to salty cheese the opposite works.
Serve at 8 to 12 °C.
